My current obsession is trying to find balance and stay healthy. My husband is always trying to get me to meditate because I get very stressed from time to time with all I take on. I have no clue how to meditate. I try to quite myself and my brain starts planning grocery trips and going over the family calendar.
I downloaded the FREE app Headspace and it has helped so much! Short little basic sessions that even I can do on the busiest days. It can be customized to fit your lifestyle and it’s FREE to try the basic. It’s really gotten me to feel a better connection with my breathing and body. I feel more refreshed and can accomplish more while being more uplifted. I’m totally getting my zen on!
